Founded by Tom Gold, Mens Outdoor Group was created to give men something many are missing in modern life real connection, honest conversations and space to simply be themselves without judgement.
Tom’s background spans working with a wide range of men from different walks of life, including incarcerated gang members in the US, military veterans living with PTSD, asylum seekers and senior managers carrying the pressures of leadership and responsibility. Through those experiences, one thing became clear to him: men need space to talk, but they also need space to be men.
That is why the outdoors sits at the heart of Mens Outdoor Group.
Whether it’s walking, training, bushcraft, adventure or simply spending time away from the noise of everyday life, the outdoors creates an environment where people naturally open up, breathe easier and reconnect with themselves and others. It helps build confidence, resilience, belonging and genuine friendships in a world where many men quietly feel isolated or overwhelmed.
