Our free mental health toolbox talks are designed for construction students, apprentices and learners preparing for life in the industry. Each talk takes around 10–15 minutes to deliver and is built to start real conversations around mental health, wellbeing and some of the pressures people may face as they move through education and into construction.
Practical, relatable and easy to use, they are designed to help tutors, lecturers and training providers create conversations that feel useful, relevant and worth remembering.

Objective: To help learners understand that everyone has mental health, recognise when something may be changing and feel more confident speaking to someone before difficulties become overwhelming.
