My passion is working with individuals to support and guide them to take the first step to make positive changes and transform themselves. I have over 20 years’ experience in coaching and personal development, and this is at the heart of everything I do. I listen with intent to understand, am non-judgemental, and I am always present and attentive to individual needs. Whatever the challenge in experiencing ADHD we work on it together in partnership.
As an Occupational Psychologist, the early part of my career was spent in the business world designing and running leadership and management development programmes. I then moved into consultancy and did my coach training at Henley Business School. Fast forward a number of years, I decided to diversify and follow my interest in neuroscience and neurodivergent conditions. I trained as an Executive Functions coach and embarked on coaching adults experiencing a range of neurodivergent conditions.
I am a parent to 3 sons (nearly all adults now) all of whom experience varying degrees of challenges including ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism. I wanted to step into their world to understand what it looked like and how I could help. It has allowed me to understand in-depth how ND shows up and to hone my skills to support and guide to build new healthier habits and skills. I use my knowledge and experience to choose the best solutions and strategies to help people to embed into everyday life. I help individuals to develop self-awareness and to form new habits, enhancing their lives and helping them become more successful at mastering the skills they need to flourish. My approach is person-centred and achieving great outcomes for you is my goal.

Jill provided Strategy Coaching to help me manage the impact my Dyslexia and ADHD, at a time where the latter has only just come to light, so I am still in the process of understanding it and putting coping mechanisms into place. Jill’s coaching, knowledge and empathy helped me to understand that what I was experiencing was normal, that I wasn’t alone and that with some adjustments I could harness to my advantage, whilst also being kind to myself. Thro9ugh considered questioning Jill helped me unlock approaches that worked for me, addressed the specific issues I was facing and helped me see a wide range of possibilities. Having reflected at the end of our sessions I can see a night and day difference in my approach to work and the systems I need in place to make the most of my particular challenges – I have even had feedback that is evidence of the impact it has had on the way I interact and the benefits that has for others in my team. I am so grateful to Jill and the work we did together – she has left a mark on me that I and others will benefit from for years to come.
