I am a fully qualified counsellor who offers a non-judgemental, empathetic, safe and comfortable environment for clients. I have experience working with a variety of client issues, some of which are depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, trauma, grief, loss, anger, stress and relationship problems. 
 
In my practice, I work with talking therapy and I also look at identifying thought and behaviour patterns. I am qualified in person-centred counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I integrate the therapies together where necessary and work with what the client brings to the sessions and what they are wanting to get from the sessions. 
 
Counselling is a deeply personal experience, and I always work at the client’s pace and aid in facilitating their process. I feel reaching out for support is one of the bravest things you can do and I’m here to help where I can.

Our coaches and counsellors follow strict confidentiality standards, meaning anything discussed in your sessions stays between you and them unless there is a legal or safety obligation to act.

You’ll always be in a safe, non-judgemental space.

That’s completely okay and more common than people think. The relationship has to feel right for it to work.
