The coach recognises that anything the client shares with them is regarded confidential, whether it is business or personal information.
The coach undertakes not to at any time, (unless required to do so by law), either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the client shares with them during their sessions.

If the coach ever says or does anything in a session that you don’t feel comfortable with or if you have any concerns with the way they are working, please let journey@onwardshfit.com know as soon as possible. For the work to be effective, you have to be honest, so please don’t be afraid to share anything you are not comfortable with.
After our initial introductory call we will see where you most require help and introduce you to one of our specialist coaches who will be able to start you on your journey. We have specialists in Life, ADHD, Careers, Businesses and relationships so there will be someone who will most definitely be able to support you on your journey.

We also offer bulk sessions that range from 5 sessions for £400.00 (saving you £25.00) and 10 sessions for £800.00 (saving you £00).
You can expect to be asked questions, to be listened to in a total confidential and in a non-judgemental environment, to be challenged in your current way of thinking and to find paths that make you feel more confident.
Fundamentally change the way of your current thinking about certain situations with manageable steps and agree some actions to move you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Initially you can either call or email us to schedule in a free of charge introductory call and from there we will find you an appointment that fits your schedule with one of our specialist coaches to help you start your journey.
The sessions are 1 hour in duration and are carried out over the phone, video call or face to face.
