Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping numerous clients achieve their personal and professional goals, enabling them to develop a genuine and comfortable sense of confidence. My approach as a coach is approachable, adaptable, and often practical, delivering transformative results in a creative and intuitive manner.
Before transitioning into coaching, I trained as an actor (BA Hons) and worked professionally on stage and screen for over twenty years. This extensive experience has given me unique insights into self-expression, presence, and communication, which I integrate into my coaching practice. By blending actor training techniques with coaching strategies, I help clients enhance their confidence, overcome self-doubt, and perform at their best in various aspects of life.
