Dear Una

I wanted to thank you for all your support and help through a difficult time in my life, our sessions have been a great help to me and the tools that you have given me will be an invaluable resource going forward.

Following our meeting today, your words helped me reflect on my false beliefs and recognise the reality of my situation.

I decided to trust myself and believe in what my intuition was telling me. I ended that relationship because my needs were not excessive AT ALL —they were simply the basic expectations of any relationship, which require both giving and receiving.

I am writing to you not only to share my story but also to express my gratitude. I have been in therapy for over ten years, and I can truly see the care and understanding you put into your work with your clients.

You DESERVE recognition and appreciation.

Thank you for everything.

I just wanted to reach out to say thank you. Having the recent therapy sessions with you have been invaluable. They helped me get over my hurdles and move forward. Every day is a brighter day thanks to you helping me see myself and my circumstances in a more positive way.
