With over 15 years of experience in engineering and consulting industries, I’ve worked across every level from assistant to director scaling teams, launching services and building structures in companies ranging from small firms to 1000+ person engineering consultancies. I understand the pressure of running a business, the stress of constantly shifting client demands and the loneliness that often comes with leadership. I also know what it’s like to burn out. To wake up in the middle of the night with your mind racing. To feel like you have to hold it all together, even when inside you’re falling apart. That personal journey led me to train as a certified Neuro Coach. Today, I combine business strategy with neuroscience and cognitive tools to help people work with their brain, not against it. I support founders, engineers, project leads and business owners in growing their companies and taking care of themselves. My coaching is direct, practical and grounded in empathy. I don’t offer generic advice. Instead, we look at where you are now, where you want to go and what’s standing in your way. After every session, you leave with clarity and a concrete next step. I value honesty, transparency and treating people like people.

When I reached out to Ania, I was leading a 10 person engineering firm. I had done business coaching a year earlier and made some changes but I felt stuck again mentally tired, uncertain  and frustrated. I’m an engineer, not a salesperson so when I decided to expand from commercial to individual residential electricity projects, I had no idea how to approach architects or design studios.
