I offer dedicated one-to-one coaching for individuals seeking guidance, support and strategies to get through life’s challenges. Whether you are looking to develop coping mechanisms, explore new strategies for personal and professional growth or simply connect with another neurodivergent adult who truly understands your experiences, I am here to support you.

Neurodivergence presents both unique challenges and incredible strengths and my coaching is designed to help you harness your abilities while overcoming any obstacles that may stand in your way. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or are still exploring your neurodivergent identity, I provide a safe and understanding space for open conversation. If you are an individual navigating emotional well-being or conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia or dyscalculia, I can help you develop personalised strategies to thrive both in the workplace and beyond.

Additionally, if you are a loved one looking to gain a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and how to better support a family member, my coaching can provide valuable insights into the complexities and strengths of the neurodivergent mind. Together, we can work towards fostering stronger relationships, improving communication and creating an environment where neurodivergent individuals can feel empowered and valued.

My coaching approach is carefully crafted to provide neurodivergent individuals with the tools, strategies and confidence to recognise their unique strengths and navigate challenges effectively. Rooted in the GROW coaching model focusing on Goal setting, Reality exploration, Options development and Will (commitment to action) each session is designed to help you set clear objectives, gain deeper self-awareness and implement practical solutions that align with your personal and professional aspirations.

By working together, we can create a tailored approach that supports your individual needs, helping you to build resilience, embrace your strengths and flourish in every aspect of life. Whether you are seeking workplace strategies, emotional support or simply a conversation with someone who truly understands, I am here to guide and empower you on your journey.

Reviews

It gives me great pleasure to supply a character reference for Victoria. I have known Victoria as a friend and confidante for well over twenty years. Victoria is extremely personable with a kind, thoughtful and caring nature. Victoria exudes warmth and makes time for others putting them at ease. Victoria is very passionate about her work in mental health and is highly motivated to provide training and help others. Victoria’s naturally caring nature and non judgmental approach , would fit perfectly for a role as a mental health trainer.

Victoria is an honest, reliable, flexible, and adaptable trainer. She plays a pro-active role in seeking out opportunities for colleagues and partner organisations on a regular basis. Victoria has made it her mission to campaign for those with learning disabilities, who statistically are far more likely to suffer with a mental health problem. She is passionate about empowering people with a toolkit to look after their mental health using a package of neuroscience, positive psychology, and mindfulness. I have found Victoria to be very capable of dealing with colleagues at all levels within a variety of sectors in both a reasonable and calm manner. She is confident of her own abilities in discussing a wide variety of issues and in reaching resolutions which primarily serve the needs of the end user.

Having attended Victoria’s courses myself, I can confirm that she is not only very knowledgeable about mental health but a good tutor explaining the content in a manner which is easy to understand and retain. Victoria is also very passionate about her contribution to reducing the impact of poor mental health on our communities.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Victoria as a mental health trainer.
